Hastelloy Machining Characteristics
Hastelloy is a nickel-based superalloy with exceptional resistance to chemical corrosion and excellent high-temperature strength. It is widely used in equipment components exposed to concentrated sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, chlorides, and high-pressure/high-temperature environments.
Due to its high viscosity and low thermal conductivity, Hastelloy is prone to tool wear and thermal deformation during machining. With years of machining experience and custom fixture design, we effectively control dimensional tolerances and ensure machining stability, improving product yield and service life.
